We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in good condition without damage or signs of excessive wear
- Original packaging is not required for returns
- Custom-made or specially ordered items are not returnable unless defective

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost packages
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us
International Returns

- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or import taxes for returns are the responsibility of the customer
- European Union customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, according to EU regulations
