Processing Time

All products are made to order. When we receive your order, we typically process and ship it within 2-4 business days. During busy periods, processing may extend to 5-10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage

  • Flat rate shipping calculated based on order weight
  • Orders $40 and up: FREE SHIPPING
  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after processing

Priority Shipping - USPS Priority Mail

  • Available at checkout for faster delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after processing

International Shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • We use USPS international services
  • Estimated delivery times vary by country

Duty & Tax

Our prices do not include any import duties, VAT, or tax fees. All international customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority, not by us.

When ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that:

  • Most countries charge some form of import VAT, GST, or sales tax
  • Additional customs processing fees may apply
  • The recipient is responsible for all import-related charges

If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes and the package is returned, we cannot refund shipping costs and may deduct return shipping fees from any refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries. However, some restrictions apply:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs
  • Some countries have restrictions on importing certain products

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@radiantcad.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
